Revisions? Oh, I think I really should start. I'm thinking of starting CRM (Customer Relationship Management) first, since it's the first paper. But how? People, classmates, can you tell me how are you guys gonna start on CRM? CRM's the worse. No hints, no guidelines, nothing! Oh boy...
